Items will be dispatched within 7 working days and delivered by Royal Mail, tracked and signed. If you prefer a different carrier please inquire.

Returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to cancel an order. You then have a further 14 days to return if the item is unused and undamaged condition as received. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours to resolve the issue, if you could send photos of damages, this would help to speed up the process.

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

I don't  accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any problem with your order.

The following items can’t be refunded or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I can't accept return for: Customs or personalised orders and items on sale.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in values.
